DELIVERY INFORMATION
Many Beautiful Designs offers FREE SHIPPING on all goods.
All items are dispatched within 1-3 business days by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. Customers wishing to request a faster/bespoke means of delivery can contact us using the form provided on our contact page and we will endeavour to help.
Delivery dates mentioned in any acknowledgement of order or elsewhere are approximate only and are not of any contractual effect and Many Beautiful Designs shall not be under any liability to the Buyer in respect of any failure to deliver on particular date or dates. Unless otherwise expressly agreed Many Beautiful Designs may effect the delivery in one or more installments. Each installment shall be treated as a separate contract.
Delivery shall be at the Buyer’s premises unless otherwise agreed by Many Beautiful Designs. Goods dispatched by Many Beautiful Designs normal next day carrier services are subject to a standard carriage charge, goods dispatched by special delivery of whatever kind at the Buyer’s request are subject to a carriage surcharge.
If the Buyer refuses or fails to take delivery of goods tendered Many Beautiful Designs shall be entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect or to dispose of the goods as it may determine and Many Beautiful Designs reserves the right to recover from the Buyer a minimum handling fee of 15% of the total price of such goods which shall be paid by the Buyer within 15 days of the date of invoice.

Unless you have agreed that they can, your consumers cannot cancel if the order is for:
- services where you have had the consumer’s agreement to start the service before the end of the usual cancellation period and you have provided the consumer with the required written information before you start the service,
including information that the cancellation rights will end as soon as you start the service goods or services where the price depends on fluctuations in the financial markets which cannot be
controlled by the supplier - the supply of goods made to the consumer’s own specification such as custom-made blinds or curtains.
This exception does not apply to upgrade options such as choosing alloy wheels when buying a car, or a combination
of standard-off-the shelf components when ordering a PC - goods that by reason of their nature cannot be returned
We will accept the returned goods from you upon the following conditions;
NON-FAULTY ITEMS
Customers wishing to return unworn goods may contact us ahead of the return via the form on our contact page. We will accept refunds on items that are returned in the same condition that they were received if returned within 14 days. Customers must cover the cost of return postage.
FAULTY ITEMS
If we are satisfied that there is a defect in the goods provided then we shall endeavour to resolve the issue at our discretion and within a reasonable timescale. Wherever possible goods will be replaced like for like or credit note will be issued for part/full orders.
Faults are to be reported within 3 days of delivery and returned to us within 10 days of delivery.
